DOE Subpoenas Compliance Data from AeroSys, Inc.

DOE issued a subpoena to AeroSys, Inc. on July 23 to obtain
data necessary to determine whether certain AeroSys
commercial air conditioners and heat pumps comply with
relevant DOE energy efficiency standards.
