Electrical Project Manager
Description: To provide oversight for all phases of the commercial electrical construction projects, including: bid preparation; communicating with clients/contractors; coordinating workers, material and equipment; ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager works closely with other project managers to coordinate scheduling and staffing of commercial electrical projects.
Description: Oversee staff of contract/lease administrators. Review and approve all contract/lease agreements.
Verify project specifications to ensure accuracy of contract. Responsible for timely processing of
contract/leases. Administer accounting practices for contracts/leases.
